1999
In addition to the proprietors, the company has three employees, a pool of competent freelancers and a customer base of thirty companies, including Baxter Deutschland GmbH (Healthcare). To find sufficient space, the company moves to new and more spacious business premises.
2000
The company enlarges its permanent staff to nine persons. Meanwhile customers include, in addition to Baxter Deutschland GmbH, the branches in Switzerland and Austria, CompuServe Interactive, Kentucky Fried Chicken Rhein-Main, DentraNet GmbH, Verlagsgruppe Rhein-Main and ACG AG.
In October 2000, New Identity AG moves into whole floor of a mature villa in the Rheinallee, Mainz. In December 2000, the conversion to a share capital limited company is completed. All shares are in the hands of the founders.
2001
In March 2001, New Identity AG occupies the 4 founders and 11 employees. In the first quarter Amadeus AG and Deutsche Bank 24 AG are won as new clients.
In August 2001 New Identity AG establishes a branch office in Krakau, Poland. In Mainz New Identity AG starts to train IT specialists (with focus on application development).
LTU International Airways and Baxter Worldtrade S.A. are acquired as new customers.
2002
New Identity AG once again moves to more spacious offices. The three units conception, design and systems now have two floors to work for 35 active customers.
Numerous projects are successfully completed for newly won clients Moeller GmbH, BAUHAUS-Group, Bild.T-Online AG & Co KG and Roland Berger Strategy Consultants.
2003
New Identity AG continues its growth - a total of 24 employees are working for 40 clients. One of the largest projects to date goes live in August - a webmail-platform for T-Online International AG.
2004
New Identity AG is retaining its growth course and continues to expand. With 30 employees in Mainz and Krakow, we are for the first time also the leading service provider in the region and in Germany we are amongst the top 100.
Alongside the successful expansion of the customer projects at T-Online and BAHAG AG, numerous new customers, which we have gained such as the pretzel bakery Ditsch, Elastic GmbH and Pfalzmarkt, have contributed to our successful growth.
2005
New Identity AG continued its profitable growth despite the persisting difficult conditions in the industry and generated sales of 2.1 million euros.
With the complete conversion of all internal processes to SAP Business One within the framework of the growth strategy 3p², the company has laid the framework for the value-oriented growth strategy in the coming years. An annual report is being published for the first time.
2006
Web 2.0 is becoming mainstream and New Identity AG is on top of the trend. With strong growth once again, the company expanded to 2.7 million euros in sales and had 40 employees at end of the year.
The projects leben.ard.de, the launch of the Web 2.0 project fudder.de for Badischer Verlag as well as the development of the platform of the future Swiss market leader for weather information, www.meteocentrale.ch, are among the year?s highlights.
2007
While the film "Das Leben der Anderen" by Florian Henckel von Donnersmarck wins the Oskar prize, we won the Mainzer Wirtschaftspreis. In the nearby Rheingoldhall (Rheingoldhalle) the Junior Chamber of Mainz awarded this coveted regional prize to us "...because the New Identity Limited Company overcame the temptation of a hasty expansion and that they built up and developed their company - in the truest sense of the word ? conservativ..."
With our partners of the BARTENBACH AG we founded the subsidiary on:vert, which offers companies solutions in the field of business process and outsourcing.
Our first client and well known reference is Mainz 05. We managed to realize the elaborate relaunch with the help of our collegues within three months only, and just 45 days after launching www.mainz05.de the portal hits its peak in a benchmark test of two rankings.
With this and additional successful procects our sales volume increases to 3,3 Mio. EUR and we empoy nearly 50 collegues.
2008
We start the New Year with 441,58 years of experience in Internet.
Wild Beauty AG orderst he conceotion and realization of Paul Mitchell Deutschland. Again we prove our outstanding creativity. Verlagsgruppe Rhein Main thus awards us the Design-Pitch. And Zecken.de designed for our client Baxter GmbH to catapults us in the final list of Comprix 2008, wheras the web presense of Mainz 05 is listed in the annual of Annual Multimedia 2008.
Live-Shopping-Portal jaahh.de goes online. We face the most voluminous order that New Identity ever had and we are at one with the world and reach the sportive aim of 4,6 Mio. EUR turnover in this year.
2009
Another exiting innovation comes up: from the 1rst of January 2009 ten additional web specialists of the former company Blinker Links! from Wiesbaden will join the team of New Identity AG. Thus we have access to the know how of two enterprises and the clients of KMU and the business environment is supplied with 64 high motivated imployees for realizing challenging projects concerning the mapping of digital business processes and their digitalization.
